On June 17th at 5:58 pm Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Daniel J. Smith, age 29 Seneca Falls, for burglary in the 3rd, grand larceny in the 4th, criminal mischief in the 4th, and petit larceny. The arrest stems from an investigation into reported thefts from a town residence in May of 2016. Smith was arraigned before the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash / $20,000 bond.
